Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Senior Systems Engineer - SailPoint with hands-on experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM) and SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) support. The candidate will be responsible for providing L2 operational support, troubleshooting access-related issues, supporting identity governance processes, and ensuring smooth user lifecycle management across enterprise applications.

Key Responsibilities

. Provide L2 support for SailPoint applications and related IAM systems.

. Investigate and resolve incidents, service requests, and access related issues.

. Monitor SailPoint jobs, workflows, aggregations, certifications, and provisioning tasks.

. Perform user lifecycle management: Joiner, Mover, Leaver (JML) processes Access provisioning and deprovisioning Role assignments and modifications

. Troubleshoot connector issues with applications

.



Support access certification campaigns and remediation activities.

. Analyse and resolve identity synchronization and aggregation failures.

Technical Skills Required

. Hands on experience with: SailPoint Identity (IIQ) Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) Role Based Access Control (RBAC) Access Certifications Lifecycle Management
