We need an Experienced System Architect

We are looking for a System Architect, who is responsible for architectural design, development, and deployment of the enterprises overall products and having a strong coding experience in open source programing. The position requires staying on top of the industry trend and recent technologies for the system architecture. He/she will reports to the top management.

Works on advanced, complex technical projects or business issues requiring state of the art technical or industry knowledge. Works autonomously. Goals are generally communicated in solution or project goal terms.

May provide a leadership role for the work group through knowledge in the area of specialization.

Responsibilities
- Oversees strategic plan, monitoring and adapting as needed
- Plan and implement projects
- Help define project scope, goals and deliverables

- Knowledge of database design principles, experiences, best practices and approved strategies to unique problem contexts
- Works with management to develop database strategies to support organization requirements
- Define tasks and required resources

- Manage all documentation
- Collect and manage project team
- Manage budget
- Allocate project resources
- Create schedule and project timeline




- Support and direct team

- Lead quality assurance
- Monitor and report on project progress
- Evaluate and assess result of project
- Maintains knowledge of technologies, industry trends, standards and design techniques

Experience Ideally 8 10 years experience with Software Team Management system architecture or similar role.

Required Skill set

- 4+ years of experience as a lead developer and manager on several projects
- Deep understanding of MVC design patterns
- Deep understanding of system and infrastructure design
- Working with RESTful API s as well as other types of API s with third parties
- Experience with shared codebases using Github
- Familiar with Amazon Web Services/CloudFront administration
- 5+ years experience developing functional and performance models
- 5+ years experience with modeling workloads, tools, and techniques
- Knowledge of MySQL/RDS databases and their declarative query languages
- Experience working in an Agile environment
- Strong knowledge of Software Architecture techniques and trade-offs
- Strong PHP/Python programming experience
- Great communications skills with the ability to articulate results
- Highly self-motivated individual
- Contribute to team s technical culture by peer code review and maintain code standards, documentations, and mentoring developers

Employment Terms Full time, on site at our HQ Trivandrum, Kerala
