Education Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field or higher with minimum 3 years of relevant experience.

Position Description: We are looking for an experienced Production support- UAT Evt to join our team. The ideal candidate should be passionate about coding and developing scalable and high-performance applications. You will work closely with our front-end developers, designers, and other members of the team to deliver quality solutions that meet the needs of our clients.

Your future duties and responsibilities

. Provide L2 production support for Prime Services applications.

. Monitor application health and respond to production incidents, service requests, and alerts.





. Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement permanent fixes.

. Analyze logs and application issues using UNIX/Linux commands.

. Write and optimize SQL queries for data validation, defect analysis, and reporting.

. Coordinate with development, infrastructure, and business teams for issue resolution.

. Support batch jobs, end of day processing, and critical production releases.

. Ensure adherence to SLA, ITIL, and operational processes.

. Participate in on call support and production environment maintenance.

. For senior profiles (5+ years): Lead incidents and mentor junior team members Drive automation and process improvements Act as a key point of contact for business stakeholders

Required qualifications to be successful in this role

Must Have

. Strong knowledge of UNIX/Linux (shell scripting, commands, log analysis).

. Strong SQL skills (complex joins, subqueries, performance tuning).

. Experience in Application/Production Support within financial services.

. Understanding of Incident, Problem, and Change Management.

. Exposure to Prime Services / Investment Banking / Capital Markets applications is highly preferred.

. Good communication and stakeholder management skills.

Positive to Have (Added Advantage):

Knowledge or hands on experience with Microsoft Azure (Azure App Services, VM, monitoring, logs).

. Experience with monitoring tools (Splunk, ITRS Geneos, etc.).

. Familiarity with automation or scripting (Shell, Python).

. ITIL certification.
