Job Summary

Krimatix Private Limited is looking for a Senior Software Engineer with 5+ years of hands-on experience in React and Node.js development to join our Engineering team in Hyderabad.

The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and delivering scalable enterprise applications across frontend, backend, databases, security, and DevOps.

You will work on a metadata-driven, configurable software platform where application workflows, forms, validations, and business rules are dynamically driven by configuration and business logic.

The role also provides opportunities to work on AI-enabled technologies such as RAG, embeddings, vector search, retrieval APIs, and LLM-based capabilities, along with advanced browser-based visualization.

Key Responsibilities

Full Stack Development

- Design and develop end-to-end full-stack applications and features.
- Build responsive and scalable web applications using React and Next.js.
- Develop secure and high-performance backend services using Node.js.
- Design and develop REST APIs and reusable software components.
- Translate business requirements into scalable and maintainable technical solutions.
- Participate in system design and architectural decisions.
- Develop and optimize browser-based visualization solutions, including 3D visualization where required.

Platform & Application Development

- Develop configurable forms, workflows, validations, and business rules.
- Work with metadata-driven application frameworks.
- Implement configuration-based application behavior.
- Maintain API compatibility and metadata versioning.
- Develop reusable libraries and shared platform components.

Database Development

- Design and maintain relational and NoSQL database solutions.
- Work extensively with PostgreSQL and MongoDB.
- Perform database modeling, query optimization, indexing,



and performance tuning.
- Implement scalable and tenant-aware data access patterns.

Security & Authentication

- Develop secure applications following security best practices.
- Implement authentication and authorization using Azure AD B2C and JWT.
- Implement Role-Based Access Control (RBAC).
- Ensure tenant isolation and secure data access across application layers.
- Implement structured logging, audit trails, and application traceability.

Testing & Quality

- Follow shift-left development and software quality practices.
- Write and maintain unit, integration, and contract tests.
- Collaborate with QA and SDET teams to improve automated test coverage.
- Participate in code reviews and enforce coding and engineering standards.
- Ensure applications are production-ready through proper logging, monitoring, and observability.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical and production issues.

DevOps & Deployment

- Work with Git-based development and branching workflows.
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines.
- Support automated application deployment and release processes.
- Collaborate with engineering teams on production releases.
- Continuously improve development, deployment, and engineering processes.

AI & Emerging Technologies Contribute to AI-enabled application capabilities, including:

- Document ingestion and processing
- Text embeddings
- Vector search
- Retrieval APIs
- Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG)
- AI evaluation pipelines
- LLM integrations

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with React.js and Node.js.
- Strong experience with Next.js.
- Experience developing scalable backend services and REST APIs using Node.js.




- Strong knowledge of PostgreSQL and MongoDB.
- Experience with database design, data modeling, query optimization, and indexing.
- Hands-on experience with Azure AD B2C, JWT, RBAC, and authentication/authorization.
- Experience with Git and CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and scalable application development.
- Experience with unit testing and integration testing.
- Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Good to Have

- Experience working with metadata-driven or highly configurable enterprise applications.
- Experience with workflow engines or rules engines.
- Knowledge of AI, RAG, embeddings, vector databases, and LLM integrations.
- Experience with Three.js, WebGL, or browser-based 3D visualization.
- Understanding of offline-first application architecture and data synchronization.
- Experience with Microsoft Azure services and cloud-native application deployment.
- Knowledge of application monitoring, observability, logging, and production operations.
- Experience working with enterprise SaaS platforms.
