Are you an experienced D365 F&O; Technical Consultant with strong X++ development expertise? We're looking for a talented professional to join our team and play a key role in delivering enterprise-scale Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations solutions.

? Role: Senior Software Engineer – D365 Finance & Operations

? What You'll Do

Lead technical development across the full D365 F&O; implementation lifecycle.

Design, develop, test, and support customizations, extensions, integrations, and SSRS reports.

Build integrations using APIs, Data Entities, OData, REST/SOAP, JSON, and XML.

Conduct code reviews and mentor developers while driving development best practices.

Manage deployments, environments, diagnostics, monitoring, and CI/CD using Azure DevOps and Lifecycle Services (LCS).

Support release management, go-live activities, and Agile/Scrum delivery.

✅ What We're Looking For

7+ years of Microsoft Dynamics AX/D365 F&O; development experience, including at least 2 years in the latest D365 F&O; version.

Solid hands-on experience with X++, customizations, extensions, integrations,



forms, tables, classes, and SSRS reporting.

Functional and technical expertise in Finance modules, including:

General Ledger (GL)

Accounts Payable (AP)

Accounts Receivable (AR)

Sales

Project Management & Accounting

Experience with data migration and transformation projects.

Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps, LCS, CI/CD pipelines, and release management.

Strong understanding of D365 F&O; architecture, Chain of Command (CoC), extensibility, and design patterns.

Experience with Jira, Confluence, and Azure DevOps.

⭐ Must-Have

Real Estate or Construction industry experience is mandatory.

Customer-facing experience including requirement gathering, solution design discussions, and issue resolution.

Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.

Proven ability to provide technical leadership, mentoring, and code reviews.
