Responsibilities

- Design, build, test, and maintain software applications across the full stack

- Use Gen-AI tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Cursor, ChatGPT) to accelerate coding, debugging, and documentation.

- Take full ownership of all code changes, including those generated with AI tools.

- Work with team leads to ensure that every change is reviewed, tested, and thoroughly understood before it is merged and released to production.

- Create clear prompts, task definitions, and acceptance criteria to effectively direct AI agents

- Review and validate AI-generated code for correctness, quality, security, and maintainability

- Generate and improve unit, integration, and regression tests using AI-assisted tools.

- Refactor and modernize existing codebases using AI-assisted workflows, ensuring improved readability, maintainability, and performance.

Required Skills

- 4+ years of software engineering experience





- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent

- Strong foundation in computer science fundamentals including algorithms, data structures, OOP, design patterns, system design, databases, networking, concurrency, testing, CI/CD, and secure coding principles

- Hands-on experience with Gen-AI coding tools (GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or similar)

- Proficiency in Java or .Net

- Ability to critically review AI-generated code for bugs, security issues, and code quality

- Working knowledge of agentic workflows, agent development, and spec-driven development, including translating low-level design artifacts into structured specifications that guide AI-assisted implementation.

- Proficiency in prompt engineering and custom instruction authoring, with the ability to define and champion team-level standards for effective AI-assisted development.

Preferred Skills

- Cloud platform experience (GCP, AWS, Azure).

- Experience modernizing legacy platforms using automation and AI acceleration.

- Ability to drive technical innovation and contribute to engineering standards and strategy.

- AI-Enabled Engineering – Accelerate delivery using AI tools with strong ownership and accountability.
