Qualifications, work experience

Technical Skills:

- 5 7 years Python backend development

- Strong FastAPI experience (or Flask/Starlette + willingness to migrate)

- Production API development and operation

- Docker containerization

- SQL databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL)



and ORMs (SQLAlchemy)

- REST API design, async programming, concurrency patterns

- CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, etc.)

- Cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)

Soft Skills

- End-to-end ownership mindset

- Robust documentation and communication

- Comfortable with incident response and performance tuning
