Job Purpose

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Senior Software Developer to join our Offshore Development Centre (ODC). In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering high-quality software solutions using the Microsoft .NET ecosystem and deploying to Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Azure. You will play a key role in technical delivery, mentoring junior developers, and ensuring code quality, performance, and scalability across projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and develop secure, scalable, and high-performance applications using C#, ASP.NET Core, EF Core and related Microsoft technologies.
- Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and Microservices.
- Contribute to architecture discussions and technical design reviews.
- Integrate modern AI technologies including LLMs, OpenAI, Copilot, Claude, RAG and AI Agents.




- Develop and deploy applications using AWS services including EC2, S3, ECS, Lambda, API Gateway and RDS.
- Implement CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation.
- Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers.
- Collaborate with onshore and offshore teams.
- Troubleshoot performance issues and production incidents.
- Drive engineering best practices and continuous improvement initiatives.
