We are seeking an experienced Senior .NET Developer with deep expertise in WPF (Windows Presentation Foundation), solid knowledge of MySQL, and solid command over Object-Oriented Programming (OOPS) principles. The ideal candidate will lead the design and development of enterprise-grade desktop applications, define architectural standards, mentor junior developers, and ensure high performance, scalability, and maintainability of WPF-based systems.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead architecture, design, and development of complex WPF desktop applications.

• Design scalable solutions using MVVM architecture pattern.

- Create reusable WPF components, custom controls, and resource dictionaries.
- Optimize UI performance and memory management in large-scale applications.

• Implement advanced data binding techniques, commands, and behaviors.
- Ensure proper separation of concerns and adherence to SOLID principles.

- Design and optimize MySQL databases, schemas, indexing, and query performance.
- Conduct code reviews and enforce best coding practices.
- Troubleshoot production issues and perform root cause analysis.
- Mentor junior team members and provide technical guidance.
- Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders for technical solutioning

- ICommand implementation
- Dependency Properties

- Strong experience with:
- o MVVM-Pattern implementation

- Experience handling:

o Complex UI workflows
- Large data grids and virtualization
- UI performance optimization
- Dispatcher & threading in WPF
- Experience with:
