About the Role

As a Senior SEO Executive, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing comprehensive SEO strategies that improve organic visibility, search rankings, and website performance. Working closely with content creators, developers, designers, and marketing stakeholders, you will manage technical SEO initiatives, conduct keyword and competitor research, monitor website health, and implement optimization strategies that support long-term business growth. This Sr. SEO executive role requires strong analytical skills, technical expertise, and an up-to-date understanding of evolving search engine algorithms, AI-powered search experiences, and SEO best practices.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement on-page, off-page, and technical SEO strategies to improve organic search performance.




- Conduct comprehensive keyword research and search intent analysis to identify current ranking opportunities.
- Perform competitor analysis and monitor industry trends to strengthen SEO strategies.
- Optimize website architecture, internal linking, metadata, content structure, and crawlability.
- Monitor website performance using Google Search Console, Google Analytics (GA4), and other SEO reporting tools.
- Identify and resolve technical SEO issues, including crawl errors, indexing challenges, duplicate content, redirect management, and Core Web Vitals improvements.
- Perform regular website audits using industry-standard SEO tools and recommend corrective actions.
- Implement structured data (Schema Markup) to improve search visibility and rich search results.
- Collaborate with content, development, UX, and marketing teams to ensure SEO best practices are integrated into all digital initiatives.
- Optimize WordPress websites while working with basic HTML and CSS where required.
- Monitor keyword rankings, organic traffic, conversions, and other SEO performance metrics.
- Prepare analytical reports and actionable insights for stakeholders using SEO data and performance trends.
- Leverage AI-powered tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, or similar platforms to support research, content optimization, workflow efficiency,



and search strategy development.
- Stay updated with Google algorithm updates, AI search trends, and emerging SEO technologies to recommend continuous improvements.
- Support ongoing initiatives that improve website performance, user experience, and long-term organic growth.

Job Requirements

Education

- Graduation in any discipline is required.

Experience

- 4 7 years of professional experience in Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Digital Marketing, or Organic Search strategy.

Skills Competencies

- Strong expertise in On-Page SEO, Off-Page SEO, and Technical SEO.
- Hands-on experience with Google Search Console and Google Analytics (GA4).
- Strong knowledge of Semrush, Ahrefs, and Screaming Frog.
- Proven experience in keyword research, competitor analysis, and SEO strategy development.
- Strong understanding of Technical SEO, Core Web Vitals, Schema Markup, and website optimization techniques.
- Experience managing SEO initiatives on WordPress platforms.
- Basic working knowledge of HTML and CSS.
- Experience using AI platforms such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, or similar AI tools to enhance SEO workflows.
- Excellent analytical, reporting, and problem-solving abilities.
