Looking for a hands-on Senior SDE/Build Release Engineer to own CI/CD, build automation, software integration, release management, and validation for telecom/embedded software products.

Key Responsibilities:

- Own and enhance Jenkins CI/CD pipelines, nightly builds, releases and load generation.

- Troubleshoot complex build, dependency, compiler, toolchain and environment issues.

- Develop automation using Python, Shell and Groovy for pre-commit, sanity, regression and release validation.

- Manage Git/Gerrit/GitLab/SVN, branching, merging and release workflows.

- Work on Yocto, Buildroot, Meson, Make/CMake and GDF/load generation.

- Manage Docker/containerized builds, JFrog Artifactory and build artifacts.

- Automate static analysis, vulnerability scanning and reporting using Coverity/JFrog or equivalent tools.

- Support integration across Platform, OAM, L1/L2/L3, Stack, BSP and Application layers.

- Coordinate with Development, Platform, QA, RD and Release teams to resolve integration issues and ensure release readiness.

- Drive build/release process improvements and reduce dependency on manual activities.

Mandatory Skills:





- 5-10 years in Build Release / DevOps / CI-CD / Software Integration.

- Strong Jenkins pipeline development and build automation.

- Solid Git, Gerrit/GitLab, branching release management.

- Hands-on Yocto / Buildroot / Meson / Make/CMake.

- Strong Python + Shell + Groovy scripting.

- Experience with Docker and JFrog Artifactory.

- Strong Linux and embedded build environment experience.

- Excellent build debugging and troubleshooting skills.

- Telecom/embedded software integration experience preferred.

Good to Have:

- Telecom/RAN/gNB/Small Cell exposure, Coverity, vulnerability scanning, GDF/load generation, embedded Linux, board bring-up, signed builds, and AI tools such as GitHub Copilot/Cursor.
