Job Title: Senior SAP MM – Business Partner & CVI Consultant

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead Business Partner (BP) and CVI workstreams for SAP S/4HANA implementation projects.
- Configure BP roles, groupings, number ranges, account groups, and CVI synchronization settings.
- Support Vendor Master to Business Partner transformation, data conversion, and harmonization.
- Configure SAP MM procurement processes integrated with Business Partner, including vendor account groups, purchasing organization data, and partner functions.
- Conduct requirements gathering, fit-gap workshops, and define target-state BP and master data solutions.
- Support vendor and customer master data migration, including cleansing, mapping, enrichment, validation, and reconciliation.
- Prepare functional specifications and solution design documents.
- Execute Unit Testing, SIT, UAT, cutover, go-live, and hypercare activities.
- Troubleshoot BP/CVI synchronization and master data conversion issues.
- Collaborate with MM, FI, SD, MDG, data migration, integration, and business teams.




- Conduct knowledge transfer and provide guidance to junior consultants.

Skills:

- 8+ years of SAP MM consulting experience with 2–3 end-to-end S/4HANA implementations.
- Strong hands-on experience in Business Partner Configuration, CVI, Vendor Master Transformation, and Master Data Migration.
- Strong knowledge of SAP MM Procurement processes and vendor master data.
- Experience with BP roles, groupings, number ranges, account groups, partner functions, and CVI synchronization.
- Experience with Customer and Vendor Master conversion to the S/4HANA Business Partner model.
- Knowledge of Migration Cockpit, LTMC/LTMOM, SAP Data Services, and legacy data migration approaches.
- Understanding of S/4HANA simplifications and BP architecture.
- Experience integrating BP with MM, FI, SD, and MDG processes.
- Robust troubleshooting, analytical, stakeholder management, and client communication skills.
- Preferred: SAP MDG, Material Master/Procurement Master Data Governance, Fiori, and S/4HANA Sourcing & Procurement certification.
