Job Title: Senior SAP SD – Business Partner & CVI Consultant

Key Responsibilities

- Lead Business Partner (BP) and Customer Vendor Integration (CVI) activities for SAP S/4HANA implementation projects.
- Configure BP roles, groupings, number ranges, customer account groups, and partner functions.
- Drive Customer Master to Business Partner transformation and CVI synchronization.
- Configure SAP SD processes including customer master, sales area, partner determination, order-to-cash, pricing, and billing.
- Conduct requirements gathering, workshops, fit-gap analysis, and solution design with business stakeholders.
- Support customer master data migration, cleansing, mapping, validation, and reconciliation using Migration Cockpit/LTMC/LTMOM and other tools.
- Prepare functional specifications, configuration documents, and business process documentation.
- Plan and execute unit testing, SIT, UAT, regression testing, cutover, go-live, and hypercare activities.
- Troubleshoot BP/CVI synchronization and customer master conversion issues.
- Collaborate with SD, FI, MM, integration, data migration, and business teams.




- Provide user training, knowledge transfer, and guidance to junior consultants.

Skills:

- 9+ years of SAP SD consulting experience with 2–3+ end-to-end S/4HANA implementations.
- Strong hands-on experience in SAP Business Partner, CVI, Customer Master, and S/4HANA Customer Master transformation.
- Strong knowledge of SAP SD and O2C processes.
- Experience with BP roles, customer account groups, partner functions, number ranges, and CVI synchronization.
- Hands-on experience in customer master data migration/conversion.
- Knowledge of SAP Migration Cockpit, LTMC/LTMOM, SAP Data Services, or similar migration tools.
- Understanding of S/4HANA simplification items impacting Customer Master and SD.
- Experience integrating SD with FI, MM, and Credit Management.
- Robust troubleshooting, analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Preferred: SAP MDG Customer, FSCM Credit Management, SAP Fiori, and S/4HANA Sales certification.
