Job OverviewWe are looking for a highly skilled Senior SAP SCM Functional Consultant to join our enterprise project team. The ideal candidate will have solid functional expertise in SAP Scheduling Agreements, Supplier Managed Inventory (SMI), Forecast Sharing, SAP MM, MRP, SAP Business Network/Ariba, CIG, and SAP EWM.

The consultant will be responsible for designing, configuring, and optimizing supply chain collaboration processes while working closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to improve supplier collaboration and inventory visibility.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, configure, and maintain SAP SCM processes with a strong focus on automated procurement and supply chain collaboration.
- Implement and manage SAP Scheduling Agreements, integrating them with MRP for automated JIT and Forecast releases to suppliers.
- Configure and optimize Supplier Managed Inventory (SMI) and Forecast Sharing processes.
- Coordinate B2B transactions including Order Confirmations, Advanced Shipping Notices (ASN), and digital invoicing.
- Work with SAP Business Network/Ariba and Cloud Integration Gateway (CIG) integrations.
- Support automated inventory movements, inbound delivery generation, and Goods Receipt (GR) processes in SAP EWM/Warehouse Management.
- Prepare functional specifications and end-to-end test cases.
- Support cutover activities, deployment, and hyper-care.
- Conduct GAP analysis and Business Process Re-engineering (BPR).
- Work closely with business stakeholders to translate requirements into effective SAP solutions.




- Troubleshoot testing defects and support bug resolution during global template rollouts.

Required Skills & Technical ExpertiseMust-Have SAP SCM Skills

- Expert-level experience in SAP Scheduling Agreements
- Experience with JIT/Forecast delivery schedules and automated release logic
- Hands-on implementation experience with Supplier Managed Inventory (SMI)
- Experience with Forecast Sharing workflows
- Experience with external suppliers/component vendors
- Knowledge of SAP Business Network / Ariba Network
- Experience with Cloud Integration Gateway (CIG)
- Understanding of SAP EWM inventory movements, inbound deliveries, and Goods Receipt triggers

SAP MM / SCM Foundation

- Strong SAP MM functional knowledge
- Material and Vendor Master Data
- Info Records and Source Lists
- Purchase Requisitions and Purchase Orders
- Strong understanding of MRP logic, parameters, and exception handling
- Integration knowledge across SCM/MM, PP, SD, and FICO
- Experience with SAP ECC and/or S/4HANA migrations or system upgrades

Experience Requirements

- 6–8+ years of functional consulting experience in SAP SCM/MM environments.
- Participation in at least 2–3 end-to-end SAP lifecycle implementations or major template rollouts.

What We Are Looking ForWe are particularly interested in candidates who have strong hands-on experience with SAP Scheduling Agreements, SMI, Forecast Sharing, and supplier collaboration platforms, rather than candidates with only general SAP MM experience.
