Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior SAP ABAP Developer with robust expertise in OData, SAP CRM UI5, BOL, GENIL, and SAP BRF+. The role involves developing, enhancing, integrating, and supporting SAP CRM Service Management solutions.

Mandatory Skills

- Strong SAP ABAP development experience
- Hands-on experience with BAPI and BADI
- Strong expertise in OData services
- SAP CRM UI development experience
- Knowledge of SAP CRM BOL and GENIL
- Experience with SAP BRF+
- Experience in SAP CRM Service module is preferred
- Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and integration skills

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement ABAP solutions for SAP CRM Service Management.
- Develop and maintain custom objects, enhancements, reports, forms,



and interfaces.
- Build and support OData services and SAP CRM UI5 applications.
- Support integrations between SAP CRM and SAP S/4HANA/other SAP modules.
- Analyze technical and functional requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
- Perform bug fixing, debugging, testing, and production support.
- Collaborate with functional, technical, integration, and cross-functional teams.
- Refine and enhance existing SAP objects and developments.

Good to Have
- SAP S/4HANA experience
- SAP CRM Service/Utility domain experience
- Experience with SAP CRM–S/4HANA integrations
- Exposure to DevOps and SAP development tools
