We are looking for a Salesforce Tech Lead with strong hands-on experience in Salesforce development, customization, integration, and deployment. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the Salesforce platform and the ability to lead technical implementation while remaining hands-on with development.

The candidate will be responsible for designing and developing scalable Salesforce solutions, integrating Salesforce with external applications, performing data migration, reviewing code, troubleshooting complex technical issues, and ensuring successful end-to-end delivery.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the technical design, development, customization, and deployment of Salesforce applications.
- Develop robust and scalable solutions using Apex, Visualforce, JavaScript, and Lightning technologies .
- Work extensively with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Lightning Experience .
- Develop custom applications, reports, dashboards, workflows, validation rules, and other Salesforce components.
- Design and implement integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, web services, and Apex callouts .
- Perform data migration from legacy/traditional systems to Salesforce using Data Loader, APIs, and other data-loading techniques .
- Review complex Salesforce code developed by other team members and provide technical guidance.
- Ensure development follows Salesforce coding standards, security practices, and platform best practices.




- Understand and manage Salesforce Governor Limits and optimize solutions accordingly.
- Troubleshoot complex application issues and provide root-cause analysis and permanent solutions.
- Manage the complete application development lifecycle, including design, development, testing, deployment, and production support.
- Support Salesforce release and deployment activities across environments.
- Work with business analysts, developers, QA teams, architects, and business stakeholders to deliver technical solutions.
- Mentor and guide Salesforce developers and contribute to technical decision-making.
- Support AppExchange packaging and release management activities where required.

Required Skills

- 7+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
- Strong programming experience in Apex .
- Strong experience with Salesforce Lightning / Lightning Experience .
- Hands-on experience with Visualforce .
- Robust knowledge of JavaScript .
- Experience with Salesforce Data Loader and data migration.
- Strong experience with Salesforce integrations and APIs .
- Experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud .
- Strong understanding of Salesforce Governor Limits.
- Experience with end-to-end Salesforce application development and deployment.
- Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems using web services/APIs.
- Ability to understand, review, and troubleshoot complex Salesforce code.
