Job Location : Mumbai

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the design and development of complex Apex, LWC, and Flow-based solutions on the Salesforce platform
- Architect and implement OmniStudio solutions – OmniScripts, FlexCards, DataRaptors, and Integration Procedures – for high-complexity business processes
- Own end-to-end integration design between Salesforce and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs
- Define and enforce Salesforce security, sharing, and data model best practices across the project
- Translate business requirements (especially BFSI/FSC use cases) into scalable technical designs
- Mentor and review the work of junior developers; conduct code reviews and enforce coding standards
- Act as a key technical point of contact for stakeholders, presenting solutions and trade-offs clearly
- Drive technical estimation, solutioning,



and troubleshooting for production issues
- Contribute to reusable components, technical documentation, and delivery best practices

Skills & Experience

Mandatory Skills

- Salesforce Platform Development – Apex, LWC, SOQL, Flows
- Hands-on experience with OmniStudio, including:
- OmniScripts
- FlexCards
- DataRaptors
- Integration Procedures
- Experience with Salesforce integrations (REST/SOAP APIs)
- Good understanding of Salesforce security and data model
- Strong communication and stakeholder interaction skills

Preferred Skills

- Experience working on Financial Services Cloud (FSC) implementations
- BFSI domain exposure, particularly in:
- Banking
- NBFC
- Insurance
- Asset Management
- Wealth Management
- Understanding of client onboarding, financial accounts, relationship management, portfolio management, and advisory workflows

Strong Preference

- Candidates with hands-on OmniStudio implementation experience across multiple projects
- Candidates with Financial Services Cloud experience
- Candidates who have worked in the Wealth Management domain will be highly preferred
- Mumbai-based candidates, or those willing to work in a hybrid model from the client's Vikhroli office
