Role Description

We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Developer with 5–7 years of hands-on experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have solid expertise in Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex development, and Salesforce configuration. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, build, and optimize Salesforce solutions that support business processes and enhance user experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, test, and deploy Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex classes, triggers, and other Salesforce components.
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications and scalable Salesforce solutions.
- Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, or ETL tools.
- Maintain and optimize existing Salesforce features, customizations,



and automations.
- Collaborate with administrators, architects, and business stakeholders to ensure solutions align with organizational needs.
- Ensure code quality through best practices, including code reviews, unit testing, and documentation.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues across Salesforce environments.
- Support release management and sandbox maintenance activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 5–7 years of experience as a Salesforce Developer.
- Strong proficiency in Lightning Web Components (LWC) and modern JavaScript standards.
- Solid experience with Apex, Triggers, SOQL/SOSL, and Salesforce declarative tools
- Understanding of Salesforce architecture, security, and data model.
- Experience with APIs, integrations, and web services.
- Familiarity with DevOps processes (Git, CI/CD tools) is a plus.
- Salesforce Developer certifications (e.g., Platform Developer I/II) are preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
