Role: Senior Salesforce Architect

Senior Salesforce Architect Revenue Cloud Advanced / B2B Commerce

We are looking for a Senior Salesforce Architect with strong expertise in Salesforce Revenue Cloud Advanced (RCA), Billing, Subscriptions, and B2B Commerce Cloud to architect and deliver end-to-end solutions for subscription-based commerce.

Key Responsibilities:

- Architect Salesforce Revenue Cloud Advanced solutions covering product catalog, pricing, subscriptions, billing, approvals, and Quote-to-Cash (QTC) processes.
- Design and implement headless RevCommerce solutions integrating Revenue Cloud with Salesforce B2B Commerce Cloud to enable subscription sales through mobile applications and self-service channels.
- Lead business requirement workshops and translate requirements into scalable technical architecture and detailed solution designs.
- Create architecture documentation including data models, process flows, integration specifications, API designs, and technical solution documents.
- Provide hands-on technical guidance across Salesforce configuration, Apex, LWC, SOQL, integrations, data migration, and custom development.
- Work with MuleSoft, CyberSource, ERP systems, and other third-party platforms to design robust integration solutions.
- Troubleshoot complex subscription, pricing,



billing, and revenue-related issues.
- Ensure solutions meet scalability, performance, security, compliance, and maintainability standards.
- Lead and mentor offshore development teams and participate in client-facing technical discussions.
- Contribute directly to development and technical troubleshooting when required.

Required Skills & Experience:

- 5+ years of Salesforce implementation experience with 3+ years in a Salesforce Architect role.
- Robust hands-on expertise in Revenue Cloud Advanced, including Subscriptions, Billing, Pricing, Product Catalog, Headless RevCommerce, and Usage-Based Billing.
- Advanced experience with Salesforce B2B Commerce Cloud and Experience Cloud.
- Experience with end-to-end Quote-to-Cash implementations.
- Strong development skills in Apex, LWC, SOQL, and Salesforce APIs.
- Proficiency with integrations using MuleSoft, CyberSource, ERP systems, and third-party applications.
- Experience with data migration and complex Salesforce integrations.
- Strong consulting, solution architecture, stakeholder management, and offshore team leadership skills.
- Salesforce Application Architect and/or CPQ Specialist certification preferred.
- Revenue Cloud certification is preferred.
