Role DescriptionWe are looking for an experienced Senior Sales & Quotation Executive – Industrial Products to work full-time from our Vasai shop.

The main responsibility will be to handle customer enquiries, understand their product requirements, provide accurate pricing, prepare quotations, and follow up until the order is confirmed.

The candidate should already have strong practical knowledge of industrial products such as pneumatic and hydraulic components, valves, fittings, tubes, FRL units, industrial automation products, and related engineering products.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle incoming customer enquiries through phone, WhatsApp, email, and other channels.
- Understand customer requirements and identify the correct product/specification.
- Provide accurate product pricing based on company rates, stock, and supplier prices.
- Prepare and send quotations to customers.




- Follow up with customers regarding quotations and pending orders.
- Handle customer questions regarding products, specifications, availability, and delivery.
- Coordinate with suppliers and the internal team when required for pricing and product availability.
- Convert enquiries and quotations into confirmed orders wherever possible.
- Maintain proper records of enquiries, quotations, and orders.
- Build and maintain good relationships with existing customers.
- Work independently and handle day-to-day enquiries without requiring extensive product training.

Important: This is an experienced position. Candidates should have minimum 5 years of relevant experience in industrial products and should already be comfortable handling product enquiries and quotations. Candidates requiring extensive training in basic industrial products will not be preferred. The role is fully in office at our Vasai shop and is suitable for someone who is comfortable working in a straightforward, practical small-business environment.

Qualifications

- Minimum 5 years of experience in industrial products is mandatory.
- Strong practical knowledge of pneumatic, hydraulic, valves, fittings, or industrial automation products.
- Must have experience in handling customer enquiries, product identification, pricing, and quotations.
- Good customer communication and willingness to work full time from our Vasai shop.
- Formal educational qualifications are not a major requirement. Practical experience and product knowledge matter most.
