Role Description The Sales Marketing Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in Kochi. This role involves planning and executing sales and marketing initiatives to support client campaigns and agency growth, including developing proposals, presentations, and sales collateral.

The Sales Marketing

Executive conducts market research, identifies business opportunities, nurtures client relationships, and collaborates with internal teams to align sales strategies with marketing plans.



Daily responsibilities include coordinating with creative and digital teams on campaign requirements, tracking performance metrics, preparing reports, and participating in client meetings and presentations. The role also requires active prospecting, lead follow-up, and contribution to strategic planning for both existing and new accounts.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Market Planning and Marketing to design and execute effective campaigns.
- Candidates should possess skills in Market Research to analyze trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Candidates should possess skills in Sales to drive lead generation, conversions, and revenue growth.
- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills to present ideas clearly and collaborate with clients and internal teams.
- Relevant experience in marketing or advertising, preferably within an agency or media setting.
- Ability to work on-site in Kochi with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in basic CRM tools, presentation software, and reporting dashboards is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
