About Cox & Kings

Cox & Kings is one of the world's oldest and most trusted travel brands, with a legacy that spans over 260 years. In India, the brand is operated by Wilson & Hughes India Private Limited and continues to stand for something that few travel companies can claim - a genuine, deeply personalised approach to crafting holidays that people remember for a lifetime.

From bespoke European escapes to curated Southeast Asian journeys and luxury long-haul experiences, Cox & Kings India helps discerning travellers go beyond the itinerary and into the heart of a destination. We are rebuilding and re-energising the brand for a new generation of Indian travellers - and this is a rare opportunity to be part of that journey from the inside.

The Role

Indian travellers today are more ambitious, more informed, and more experience-hungry than ever before. They don't just want a flight and a hotel - they want a holiday that feels considered, curated, and worth every rupee. As Senior Sales Manager at Cox & Kings, you will be the person who turns that aspiration into a booking.

This is a frontline B2C sales role with real ownership. You will manage the full sales cycle - from the first enquiry call to the final itinerary sign-off - for customers planning international leisure holidays. You will also be responsible for building and managing a team of Sales Executives, owning your revenue targets,

and helping shape how Cox & Kings sells in one of India's most competitive travel markets.

What Would You Be Doing?

Drive B2C Holiday Sales International

You will own the end-to-end sales journey for customers enquiring about international holidays — Europe, Southeast Asia, the Americas, the Middle East, Africa, and beyond. From the first conversation to closure, you will understand their travel vision, tailor the right itinerary, handle objections, and convert enquiries into confirmed bookings. This isn't about pushing packages off a shelf.

It's about listening well, advising confidently, and delivering experiences customers didn't know they could have.

Build and Lead Your Sales Team

You will recruit, mentor, and manage a team of Sales Executives, helping them hit their individual targets while building a culture of accountability and customer-first thinking. You will run regular reviews, coach on pitch quality, and ensure the team's energy and knowledge stays sharp. A Senior Sales Manager here is a player-coach - you lead from the front.

Own Your Revenue Number

You will have clear monthly and quarterly sales targets - and you will be expected to own them. That means managing your pipeline seriously, keeping conversion rates healthy, and knowing exactly where your numbers stand at any point in the month.

You will work with the Head of Sales on forecasting, identify gaps early, and course-correct without being asked.

Stay Sharp on Destinations and Product The best travel salespeople are the ones who know what they're talking about. You will continuously build your destination knowledge - understanding visa requirements, travel seasons, must-see experiences, hotel tiers, and airline options across key international markets. You will work closely with the product and operations team to stay updated on what's current, what's selling, and what's worth recommending.

Collaborate Across the Business

Sales at Cox & Kings doesn't operate in a silo. You will partner with the marketing team on lead generation campaigns, work with operations to ensure seamless holiday execution, and coordinate with the finance team on payment follow-ups and booking documentation. When something goes wrong for a customer mid-trip, you will be part of the solution - not just the sale.

What Makes You a Suitable Candidate?

- 6–10 years in travel sales, with majority experience in B2C / leisure holiday sales - international portfolios strongly preferred
- Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding revenue targets
- Prior team management experience - you've hired, led, and grown a sales team before
- Deep knowledge of international holiday destinations - Europe, Australia, and long-haul markets are a strong advantage
- Familiarity with travel tech and CRM tools is a plus;
- Strong command of English and Hindi; additional regional languages are welcome
