Aurionpro Solutions Ltd - Interactive Communication business unit is looking for a heavy-hitting Senior Sales Manager (Middle East) to drive our next phase of exponential growth.

? Location: Mumbai (Open to candidates ready to relocate)

✈️ Travel: Extensive travel/stay in the Middle East as required

? Experience: 15+ Years

? CTC: Up to 35 LPA [1]

? What You Will Do:

· Drive Revenue: Own the end-to-end sales cycle, leveraging your on-ground Middle East experience to close complex contracts.

· Build Relationships: Act as a trusted advisor for C-level stakeholders across Banking and Telecom industries.

· Lead Teams: Mentor and manage high-performing teams across business development, account management, and post-sales support.

· Bridge the Gap: Collaborate with product and delivery teams to conceptualize software/solution architectures.

· Manage Financials: Oversee ecosystem analysis, costing, effort estimation, and collections management.·





? What We Are Looking For:

· 15+ years of experience in Enterprise Software Sales or Solution Sales.

· On-Ground Experience: Must have physically stayed/worked in the Middle East region specifically for closing business deals and managing local client relationships.

· Deep, unshakeable domain expertise in the Banking or Telecom verticals.

· Willingness to travel extensively and stay across the Middle East as required by project/deal lifecycles.

· Mobility: Based in Mumbai, or fully willing to relocate to Mumbai immediately.
