A leading multi-national Corporation that operates as a solar EPC and Developer in India is seeking Senior Sales Manager for the Northern Indian territory. Our main focus is the Commercial and Industrial (CI) clients for sizes from 100KW to 10MW. We provide both Capex and Opex (PPA) model. This position is based in NCR region and takes care of the northern region of India.

Experience

Should have execution business development experience in Solar EPC sector at deal sizes upto 50 CR.

Should have been responsible for Managing and achieving sales quotas up to 50 CR/year in a solar EPC role.

Responsibility and Authority

Execution Business Development and marketing of Solar EPC Services Structuring and preparation of proposals for tender non tender enquiries

Giving inputs for estimation of contracts

Project management of on day to day basis for all projects

Clients interaction on daily/weekly basis.

Experience of working with clients in large Industrial Commercial Consumers in energy area

Should have worked in both Utility Scale and Roof Top solar EPCDesired Candidate Profile





Should be BE/ B.Tech or MBA with 10+ years experience in Business Development, Sales and out of which minimum 7+ years experience in Solar EPC/Development sector in India

Positive understanding of financial modeling, IRR, Paybacks

Excellent understanding of the current EPC landscape, pricing trends, competitive landscape and vision to succeed

Excellent communication negotiation skills

Should be willing to travel extensively in the territory
