Responsible for business development and sales of interior fit-out projects across Government and Non-Government sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate leads and develop current business opportunities.
- Identify government tenders, GeM opportunities, and private/commercial projects.
- Manage client meetings, site visits, presentations, quotations, and negotiations.
- Build relationships with government departments, PSUs, corporates, consultants, architects, and contractors.
- Coordinate with estimation, design, and project teams for proposals and project closure.
- Follow up on enquiries and convert leads into orders.
- Achieve assigned sales and business development targets.
Experience: 5+ years in Interior Fit-Out / Construction Sales. Skills: Business Development, Tendering, Client Management, Negotiation, Communication, and Market Knowledge.
