About the Prospect

Shri Balaji Global is expanding its international rice export vertical and is on the lookout for an experienced Senior Sales Manager who knows the global rice export business inside out. If you've built your career around export sales of Thai Rice, Vietnamese Rice, and Non-Basmati Rice, and you're ready to take ownership of a high-impact international trading role this one's for you.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven sales professional to work with an established player in the export commodity space, manage key overseas accounts, and play a central role in scaling the company's global rice export business.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive end-to-end export sales of Thai Rice, Vietnamese Rice & Non-Basmati Rice varieties
- Build, nurture, and expand relationships with overseas buyers, importers, and international trading partners
- Identify and tap into new export market opportunities across global markets
- Monitor global market trends, international pricing, and competitor movement in the rice export segment
- Prepare and negotiate international commercial terms, export contracts, and pricing with overseas clients




- Consistently achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly export sales targets
- Coordinate with internal logistics, procurement, and finance teams to ensure smooth export order execution
- Represent the company at international trade fairs, overseas buyer meets, and global industry networking events

What We're Looking For
- Proven, hands-on experience in international rice export/trading — specifically Thai, Vietnamese, and Non-Basmati rice
- Strong existing network of overseas buyers/importers within the rice export ecosystem
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-management skills
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced international trading environment
- Strong understanding of export documentation, LC, shipping, and international trade compliance
- Willingness to travel internationally for client meetings and business development
