Role Overview

We are looking for a Sales Executive to handle customer interactions across calls, WhatsApp, Instagram DMs, and comments. You will be the voice of Zingy Gifts – helping customers choose the right gifts, answering queries, handling objections, and ensuring every customer leaves happy.

Key Responsibilities Customer Interaction (Calls & Chats)

- Handle incoming customer calls and WhatsApp messages professionally and politely
- Answer questions about products, delivery, personalization, and pricing
- Guide customers through the ordering process
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction

Sales & Conversion

- Convert inquiries into orders by understanding customer needs
- Handle price objections and offer appropriate product recommendations
- Upsell and cross-sell products where relevant
- Meet daily/weekly sales targets

Customer Support

- Resolve customer complaints and issues quickly and effectively




- Coordinate with the operations team for order updates and delivery status
- Ensure every customer feels valued and heard

Communication Management

- Handle 8–10 customer chats simultaneously without missing any
- Prioritize urgent queries and follow up on pending conversations
- Maintain a professional and friendly tone across all channels (calls, WhatsApp, Instagram DMs, comments)

Feedback & Reporting

- Share customer feedback with the team to improve products and processes
- Track and report daily sales and query resolution status

Who You Are

Essential Skills

- Strong communication You'll talk to customers all day – clarity and confidence are key
- Fluent in Hindi and English You can switch between both languages comfortably
- Comfortable on calls You're not scared of the phone – you enjoy talking to people
- Familiar with WhatsApp/DMs You can handle multiple chats efficiently
- Basic computer knowledge You can use a laptop, Google Sheets, and WhatsApp Web
- Problem-solving mindset You can handle complaints and objections with patience
- Honest and reliable You don't make false promises to customers

Bonus Skills (Valuable to Have)

- Previous sales or customer support experience (1–3 years)
- Knowledge of the gifting industry
- Experience handling Instagram DMs and comments
- Basic CRM knowledge
