Key Responsibilities

- Make and receive calls from customers interested in booking a Cordelia Cruise.

- Explain the different cabin types, cruise destinations, prices, and onboard facilities.

- Understand the customer's holiday preferences and recommend the best cruise package.

- Encourage customers to upgrade to premium cabins or add extra services like dining packages, spa treatments, and entertainment.

- Follow up with interested customers and help them complete their bookings.

- Provide excellent service to all customers, including high-value (high-net-worth) clients, in a polite and qualified manner.

- Communicate confidently and professionally on every call.

- Update customer details, bookings, and follow-up information in the CRM system.

- Monitor sales performance and work towards achieving sales targets.

- Stay informed about the latest cruise schedules, special offers, and competitor services.
