Job Summary

We are looking for a Sales Executive to drive residential rooftop solar sales by generating leads, meeting prospective customers, explaining solar solutions, and converting opportunities into successful orders. The ideal candidate should be target-oriented, confident in customer interactions, and willing to travel for field sales activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate residential solar leads through field visits, referrals, direct marketing, networking, and other channels.
- Meet customers and understand their electricity consumption and solar requirements.
- Explain residential rooftop solar systems, benefits, savings, financing options, and applicable schemes.
- Conduct site visits and coordinate with the technical team for system assessment.
- Prepare and share quotations and proposals with prospective customers.
- Follow up with leads and prospects through calls, meetings, and visits.
- Convert qualified leads into confirmed sales and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, channel partners, and referral networks.
- Maintain accurate customer and lead information in the CRM/system.




- Coordinate with the operations and project teams for smooth project handover and execution.
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Participate in promotional activities, exhibitions, campaigns, and local marketing initiatives.
- Ensure a positive customer experience throughout the sales process.

Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in Sales / Business Development.
- Experience in Solar EPC, Rooftop Solar, Real Estate, Home Improvement, Electrical, or related industries will be preferred.
- Good understanding of residential rooftop solar solutions is an advantage.
- Solid communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to generate leads and convert prospects into customers.
- Target-oriented, self-motivated, and energetic personality.
- Willingness to travel for customer meetings and field sales activities.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Graduation in any discipline is preferred.
- Candidates with a valid two-wheeler and driving licence will be preferred.
