Position : Senior Relationship Manager

Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients

Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable properties

Handle complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure

Conduct site visits and meetings across Bangalore

Coordinate with builders and developers

Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets

Maintain a solid pipeline and follow-up system

What We’re Looking For

2+ years of experience in Sales / Business Development

Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Strong closing ability with a target-driven mindset

Knowledge of Bangalore real estate market is an advantage

Leadership qualities and team-handling potential
