Roles & Responsibilities Job Title: Recruitment Manager / Senior HR Manager – Generalist Location: Begumpet. Hyderabad

Experience Required: 10+ Years in Recruitment & HR Operations

Employment Type: Full-Time

Shift timing: 2 PM IST to 11 PM IST

Job Summary We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Recruitment Manager / Senior HR Manager – Generalist to lead end-to-end talent acquisition and HR operations. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in hiring leadership roles, technical roles, operations roles while also managing core HR functions including employee engagement, performance management, policy implementation, compliance, and HR strategy.

This role requires a proactive leader who can build high-performing teams, streamline HR processes, improve employee retention, and support organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

- Lead end-to-end recruitment for leadership, technical, sales, support, and operational roles.
- Develop and implement hiring strategies to meet business growth targets.
- Manage sourcing through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, consultants, and internal databases.
- Conduct screening, interviews, salary negotiations, and offer rollouts.




- Build strong talent pipelines for critical and future hiring needs.
- Improve recruitment turnaround time and hiring quality.
- Coordinate with department heads for workforce planning and hiring forecasts.
- Drive employer branding and candidate experience initiatives.

HR Generalist Responsibilities

- Manage complete employee lifecycle from onboarding to exit formalities.
- Develop and implement HR policies, SOPs, and best practices.
- Handle employee relations, grievance management, and conflict resolution.
- Lead performance management and appraisal processes.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, HR documentation, and statutory requirements.
- Drive employee engagement, retention, and organizational culture initiatives.
- Support payroll coordination, attendance, leave management, and HRMS processes.
- Create HR reports, dashboards, and analytics for management review.
- Mentor and guide HR and recruitment team members.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- Solid experience in recruitment leadership and HR generalist activities.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience handling bulk hiring as well as strategic leadership hiring.
- Strong understanding of HR operations, policies, compliance, and employee management.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
- Experience with HRMS, ATS platforms, and recruitment tools.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
