Key Responsibilities
- Quantity take-off from architectural & structural drawings
- Preparation & verification of BOQ for civil works
- Cost estimation for RCC, masonry, plastering, flooring & finishing works
- Contractor bill verification & cost control
- Monitoring budget vs actual cost
Requirements
- Relevant experience in real estate / construction projects
- Solid knowledge of BOQ, rate analysis & billing
- Ability to interpret drawings and specifications
- Good coordination skills with site teams
