Role Description The Senior Public Relations Manager role is a full-time on-site position based in Gurugram. This role involves planning and executing integrated PR campaigns, including drafting press releases, pitches, and media kits that align with client objectives and brand positioning.

Manager will manage key media relationships, coordinate interviews and briefings, respond to media inquiries, and oversee crisis communication efforts when needed. The role includes developing strategic communication plans, monitoring coverage, analyzing campaign performance, and preparing reports and insights for clients and internal stakeholders.

Qualifications





- Candidates should possess strong skills in Press Releases and Public Relations, including drafting, reviewing, and distributing client communications.
- Candidates should possess effective Media Relations skills, with experience in cultivating relationships with journalists, editors, and influencers.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication and presentation capabilities.
- Candidates should possess Strategic Communications skills, with the ability to design and implement comprehensive PR strategies aligned with business goals.
- Relevant experience in agency-side PR or corporate communications, preferably in managing senior-level clients and complex accounts.
- Demonstrated ability to handle crisis communication, reputation management, and high-pressure media situations with sound judgment.
- Solid analytical skills for evaluating campaign outcomes, media metrics, and brand sentiment, with the ability to translate insights into recommendations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications in PR are an advantage.
- Proficiency in PR and media monitoring tools, and familiarity with digital PR, social media, and content-driven brand building.
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams, lead projects independently, and manage multiple client accounts and deadlines.
