Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end purchase and procurement activities.
- Develop and manage fabrication, machining, sheet metal and engineering vendors.
- Negotiate pricing, payment terms, quality and delivery schedules.
- Source materials, fabricated components, hardware and production requirements.
- Coordinate with Production, Engineering, Stores, QA/QC and Accounts.
- Ensure timely material delivery and resolve vendor issues.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and develop alternative suppliers.

Requirements

- 5–10 years of relevant purchase/procurement experience.
- Strong fabrication/engineering industry experience is mandatory.
- Excellent vendor management and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of MS Excel and ERP/purchase software.
- Strong understanding of fabrication materials, BOMs and commercial practices.
- An established vendor network around Vasai, Virar, Bhiwandi, Palghar, Thane or Mumbai is preferred.
- Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period preferred.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
