Senior Project Manager – MEP / Testing & Commissioning

Experience: 12+ Years

Salary: ₹8–10 LPA

We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead project delivery and work closely with Testing & Commissioning teams at site. The role will involve project management, client coordination, technical guidance, team management, and ensuring projects are delivered as per agreed timelines, quality, safety, and compliance requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Take overall responsibility for project planning, execution, and successful delivery.
- Prepare project proposals covering financial, technical, and logistics aspects.
- Coordinate with clients and project stakeholders and resolve project-related issues.
- Work closely with Testing & Commissioning teams to monitor project progression and deliverables.
- Ensure compliance with applicable government, quality, safety, and statutory requirements.
- Develop and implement operational strategies to achieve project plans and budgets.
- Monitor project quality, health & safety, financial performance, administration, and resource management.
- Provide technical advice and support in Testing & Commissioning activities.
- Guide, coach, and manage project and delivery team members.

Requirements:
- 12+ years of relevant experience in Testing & Commissioning.
- Minimum 8 years of managerial-level experience.
- Strong understanding of MEP system design, installation, Testing & Commissioning, and project management.
- Proven experience managing large-scale MEP projects and project teams.




- Robust client coordination, leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Good knowledge of project quality, safety, compliance, budgets, and timelines.
- Candidates with comparatively less experience may be considered for Project Manager position.

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
