JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of a large-scale 50MW Data Centre project with future capacity expansion. This is a key leadership role responsible for driving project execution during the critical fit-out and white space stage, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards.

The role requires strong project management expertise across MEP disciplines, stakeholder management, testing and commissioning, commercial decision-making, risk management, and on-site project delivery.

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

- Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale Data Centre and mission-critical projects.
- Oversee project execution across all MEP disciplines, ensuring alignment with client specifications, project requirements, and timelines.
- Manage stakeholders including clients, consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal project teams.
- Drive programme, cost, risk, quality, and resource management across all project phases.
- Develop and monitor project schedules, milestones, deliverables, and execution plans.
- Provide technical leadership in testing and commissioning activities and project delivery strategy.
- Manage fit-out, white space, installation, integration, testing, commissioning, and project handover activities.
- Ensure effective coordination between Mechanical, Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, ELV, and other MEP disciplines.
- Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions to address delays, technical issues, resource constraints, and project risks.
- Review project drawings, specifications, method statements, schedules, technical documentation, and project deliverables.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, statutory requirements, governance procedures, engineering standards, and safety requirements.
- Monitor contractor and consultant performance to ensure quality, productivity, and adherence to project requirements.
- Lead project meetings, progress reviews, coordination meetings, and stakeholder discussions.
- Manage project resources, manpower, materials, equipment, and site requirements.




- Support commercial and operational decision-making to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Monitor project costs, budgets, variations, procurement requirements, and commercial risks.
- Lead, mentor, and develop project teams working on-site.
- Maintain effective communication and reporting with senior management and key stakeholders.
- Ensure proper project documentation, reporting, progress tracking, and records management.
- Drive successful project completion, testing, commissioning, handover, and operational readiness.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
- 10+ years of experience in project management within MEP or mission-critical environments.
- Proven track record of delivering large-scale Data Centre or infrastructure projects.
- Strong experience in managing complex MEP project execution.
- Strong exposure to testing and commissioning lifecycle and MEP systems.
- Experience working on new-build projects, ideally during the fit-out stage.
- Experience managing large project teams, contractors, consultants, vendors, and multiple stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of project planning, scheduling, cost management, risk management, and quality control.
- Experience handling complex, fast-paced project environments.
- Solid understanding of project delivery processes from construction through testing, commissioning, and handover.
- International or Asia Pacific project exposure will be an advantage.

EDUCATION
- Degree in Engineering such as Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Building Services Engineering, or an equivalent qualification.

SALARY ₹7–12 LPA, depending on relevant experience, technical expertise, and project management capabilities.

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
