Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager – Data & Analytics to lead cloud data migration and modernisation programmes.

Please apply only if you have relevant project delivery experience with:

- Microsoft Azure
- Azure Databricks
- Power BI
- Data Migration / Data Modernisation programmes
- Data Engineering and Analytics delivery

Strong Preference

We are particularly interested in candidates who have managed projects involving:

SAP ECC / S/4HANA / BW → Data Ingestion → Azure / Databricks → Bronze / Silver / Gold → Data Models → Power BI

Preference will be given to candidates who have:

- Delivered new Power BI analytical use cases using SAP data
- Managed data ingestion and transformation pipelines
- Worked with Medallion Architecture – Bronze, Silver and Gold
- Managed migration/decommissioning of SAP BW, BO or BODS
- Exposure to Databricks Genie or Microsoft Copilot
- AZ-900 certification or other relevant Azure certifications

This is not a generic Cloud, Infrastructure, Data Centre or Service Delivery PM role. Candidates should have actual Data & Analytics project-delivery experience.

Key Responsibilities





- Own Data & Analytics projects from initiation through go-live and hypercare
- Manage Azure, Databricks, Data Engineering and Power BI workstreams
- Lead distributed teams of architects, engineers, BI developers, QA and business stakeholders
- Manage scope, plans, milestones, RAID, dependencies and project governance
- Lead client status meetings, SteerCos and escalations
- Manage SOWs, commercials, effort tracking and Change Requests
- Coordinate data migration, reconciliation, SIT, UAT, cutover and production readiness
- Identify delivery risks early and drive recovery plans

What We Need

- 8+ years of Project / Programme Management experience
- Proven experience delivering Data & Analytics / Data Migration programmes
- Strong practical project exposure to Azure, Databricks and Power BI
- Understanding of data ingestion, pipelines, transformations, data modelling and reconciliation
- Experience managing Data Engineers, Architects and BI teams
- Strong client-facing, governance and stakeholder-management experience
- Experience with SOWs, commercials and project financials
- Experience working with global / distributed teams
- Agile / Waterfall / Hybrid delivery experience

Added Advantage

- SAP BW / BO / BODS migration experience
- SAP ECC / S/4HANA data integration experience
- Databricks Genie / Copilot / GenAI Analytics exposure
- AZ-900 / Databricks certifications
- RFP, proposal and pre-sales experience
