(Building/Commercial project background required; Plant/Industrial experience excluded).

Lead cross-functional construction management and backend coordination for commercial building projects. Drive end-to-end project deliverables, BIM/Revit workflows, and construction documentation while overseeing expediting, inspections,



and resource logistics in direct alignment with international standards.

✔️BIM &

- Technical Coordination: Oversee Revit/Navisworks workflows, BIM execution, submittals, RFIs, and construction documentation with US stakeholders. ✔️Project &
- Financial Planning: Manage project timelines, quantity take-offs, estimation, change orders, and overall budget allocations. ✔️Logistics &
- Expediting: Plan and execute resource logistics, expediting activities, and material tracking to guarantee milestone deliveries. ✔️Quality &
- Inspection Oversight: Direct quality control strategies, inspection schedules, and risk management compliance across operations. ✔️Leadership &
- Stakeholder Sync: Mentor and manage a team of 4–5 engineers while conducting daily technical progress syncs with US project leads.
