Medical Network Private Limited is looking for an exceptional, ambitious skilled to join our team in a strategic leadership role focused on government projects, healthcare technology, business development, and institutional partnerships.

Position: Senior Project & Government Relations Manager

Location: Delhi

Education: Graduate/Postgraduate from a top colleges (IIT or IIM preferred)

Experience: Freshers with outstanding academic credentials are encouraged to apply.

Candidates with relevant experience in consulting, project management, government relations, healthcare, business development, or PSU/government engagement are also welcome.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and build a strong pipeline of opportunities across Central & State Government departments, NHM, PSUs, government hospitals, medical institutions, and state-funded organizations.
- Identify relevant government schemes, budgets, tenders, EOIs/RFPs, empanelment opportunities, and funding programs aligned with our healthcare and teleconsultation solutions.
- Develop and maintain relationships with senior government officials, decision-makers, procurement teams, program officers, and institutional stakeholders.
- Generate qualified opportunities and drive their conversion into pilot projects, MoUs, tenders, empanelments, and revenue-generating contracts.
- Lead and coordinate preparation of technical and commercial proposals, presentations, RFP responses, EOI submissions, and supporting documentation.
- Monitor government procurement portals and upcoming opportunities and ensure timely participation.
- Develop strategic partnerships with government bodies, PSUs, NGOs, healthcare institutions, technology partners, and implementation agencies.
- Coordinate project execution and work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful delivery.
- Own measurable targets for qualified leads, proposals, conversions, government-funded projects, and revenue generation.




- Travel extensively across India and, when required, internationally for government meetings, client engagements, project implementation, and business development.
