Role Description The Senior Program Advisor will be responsible for guiding prospective learners through the program selection process, understanding their career goals, and recommending suitable courses that align with their aspirations. This full-time, in office role based in Ahmedabad involves conducting consultations (in-person and via phone or digital channels), explaining program features and outcomes, and supporting applicants through the admissions and enrollment process.

The Senior Program

Advisor will collaborate closely with academic, operations, and marketing teams to ensure accurate program information, timely communication,



and a high-quality learner experience from first contact through onboarding. The role includes tracking leads, maintaining detailed records in CRM systems, meeting enrollment and conversion targets, and providing feedback on learner preferences and market trends. The advisor will also participate in events, seminars, and information sessions to represent Imarticus Learning and strengthen its presence in the local market.

Qualifications

- Strong advisory and counseling skills, with the ability to understand learner needs, clarify career goals, and recommend appropriate programs.
- Demonstrated experience in sales or business development in education, training, or related services, with a focus on meeting or exceeding enrollment targets.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, including clear verbal and written communication and the ability to explain complex information simply.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools, MS Office, and digital communication platforms to manage leads, track interactions, and generate reports.
- Ability to work on-site in Ahmedabad, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and contribute to events and learner engagement activities.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple inquiries and follow-ups simultaneously.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field; prior experience in edtech or professional education is an advantage.
