About the Role :

We are seeking an experienced Senior Program Manager to lead strategic programs and cross-functional initiatives for our growing organization in Ahmedabad, India. We are looking for a highly capable leader with solid business acumen, exceptional program management expertise, and a proven track record of successfully delivering complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives.

The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker, execution-focused leader, and trusted partner who can align teams, priorities, and resources to achieve key business objectives. This role requires someone who can translate business goals into structured programs, establish governance frameworks, manage dependencies across functions, and drive accountability to ensure successful outcomes. You will play a critical role in enabling organizational growth by leading high-impact initiatives, improving cross-functional collaboration, and ensuring programs are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with strategic priorities.

Key Responsibilities :

Enterprise Program Leadership :

- Demonstrated experience leading large-scale, cross-functional software programs involving Engineering, Product Management, Quality Assurance, Customer Success, and external stakeholders.
- Proven ability to manage complex initiatives with multiple workstreams, competing priorities, and distributed teams.

Executive Communication & Stakeholder Management :





- Strong executive presence with the ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization.
- Skilled at influencing stakeholders, facilitating decision-making, driving alignment, and maintaining accountability among technical and business teams.
- Experience managing relationships with enterprise customers and senior client stakeholders.

Risk, Dependency & Program Governance Management :

- Proven ability to proactively identify risks, manage interdependencies, escalate issues appropriately, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Establish and maintain effective governance, reporting, and communication mechanisms to ensure program transparency and predictability.

Enterprise SaaS Delivery Experience :

- Significant experience delivering complex SaaS, Insurance Technology, FinTech, ERP, Healthcare Technology, or other enterprise software solutions.
- Deep understanding of software development lifecycles, Agile methodologies, release management, and enterprise-scale product delivery.

Outcome-Oriented Leadership :

- Focus on achieving business outcomes and measurable results rather than simply coordinating activities and status reporting.
- Ability to balance strategic priorities with execution excellence while driving teams toward successful program completion.

Large Program & Client Management :

- Extensive experience managing large enterprise customers and high-visibility programs with significant business impact.
- Capable of independently leading complex programs from initiation through successful delivery while serving as the primary point of coordination and accountability.
- Demonstrated track record of delivering programs that meet customer expectations, business objectives, and organizational goals.
