Key Skills

- Financial Services / Banking domain experience.
- Hands-on experience with NiCE / Verint or similar recording solutions.
- Installation, configuration, upgrades and maintenance on Windows/Cloud platforms.
- Strong Windows Server, SIP/IP, telephony and networking knowledge.
- Troubleshooting using Wireshark, log analysis and network tools.
- Basic SQL / Shell scripting knowledge.
- Experience with PBX,



ACD and telephony integrations.
- Strong customer-facing and stakeholder management skills.

Roles & Responsibilities
- Install, configure and integrate NiCE NTR-x recording solutions as per customer requirements.
- Perform solution configuration, integration, testing, UAT support and data validation.
- Troubleshoot technical issues across recording, telephony, networking and application components.
- Coordinate with customers, vendors, Support, R&D; and Product teams for issue resolution.
- Support integrations with Avaya, Cisco, Microsoft Teams, Amazon Connect and other platforms.
- Provide technical guidance throughout implementation and project lifecycle.
- Maintain regular communication with customers regarding project progress, risks and technical issues.
- Support upgrades, migrations, DR/HA activities and after-hours/weekend activities when required.
