Senior Production Support Engineer – US Healthcare Experience: 7+ Years Location: Hybrid – Pune / Hyderabad / Chennai / Bangalore Duration: 6+ Months Start Date: Mid-August Employment Type: Contract We are looking for experienced Production Support professionals with strong expertise in US Healthcare applications, .NET technologies, SQL Server, and Guiding Care to support a CareSource Production Support project.

Key Responsibilities - Provide L3/L2 production support for Guiding Care integration workflows and healthcare applications.

- Troubleshoot and resolve application, API, middleware, and database issues.
- Debug REST API calls, middleware logs, and SQL data issues.
- Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for production incidents.
- Implement minor bug fixes and patches using C#/.NET.
- Monitor integration endpoints and resolve performance bottlenecks.
- Develop automation scripts for configuration validation and regression testing.
- Maintain knowledge base documentation for recurring issues and resolutions.
- Handle major incidents and application outages effectively.
- Communicate with internal and external stakeholders during high-pressure situations.
- Participate in a 24x7 on-call support model with flexible shifts.
- Explore and utilize AI for Application Support activities.

Required Skills - 7+ years of experience in software development / production support.

- Strong experience in .NET, C#, ASP.NET and MS SQL Server.
- Hands-on experience with Guiding Care.
- Strong experience in US Healthcare – Mandatory.
- Knowledge of Claims Processing, Benefits Management and Provider Network Management.
- Robust SQL skills with experience writing complex queries.




- Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and Web Services.
- Solid understanding of system integrations and middleware.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to lead and handle major production incidents. Good to Have - Experience with Java for backend support tasks.
- Experience with Tableau, Power BI, or equivalent reporting tools.
- Experience in automation and regression testing.
- Experience using AI in Application Support.
