About The Role We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to own end-to-end strategy and execution for our procurement intelligence platform, a next-generation tool that puts market insight directly into the hands of procurement professionals through a conversational, AI-driven interface. You will define the product roadmap, own the subscription model, architect a product-led growth motion that complements our enterprise sales engine, and translate deep customer empathy into features that genuinely shift how practitioners buy, benchmark, and negotiate.
What You Will Own Product Roadmap
Define and maintain a multi-horizon roadmap for the platform, balancing near-term user value with long-term competitive differentiation.
Set clear success metrics (activation, retention, expansion, NPS) and drive cross-functional alignment across engineering, design, data science, and commercial teams.
Translate procurement domain complexity, such as pricing volatility, supply risk, sourcing events, into product capabilities that are intuitive to access through a chat-first interface.
Conversational
Interface & AI Experience Own the UX and prompt architecture for the platform's conversation interface, defining how users query the system, receive structured market intelligence, and act on outputs.
Work closely with AI/ML and data teams to shape model behavior, response quality, and the routing logic between automated responses and analyst-reviewed content.
Develop and iterate on parameterized prompt templates covering supplier negotiation briefs, sourcing event intelligence, price benchmarking, and category risk snapshots. Subscription & Monetization Model Design and manage the platform's subscription architecture — from self-serve starter tiers through to enterprise agreements — ensuring each tier delivers clear, proportionate value.
Facilitate pricing and packaging decisions in partnership with commercial leadership, including access controls, usage limits,
and upsell logic.
Define and monitor subscription health metrics: trial conversion, plan upgrades, churn signals, and expansion revenue contribution. Product-Led Growth (PLG) Motion Build and refine a PLG flywheel, including free trials, interactive demos, in-product onboarding, and activation nudges.
Collaborate with marketing and sales to align the PLG motion with outbound sequences, ensuring a coherent journey from self-serve discovery to assisted close.
Instrument the product for PLG analytics: identify activation milestones, design PQL (Product Qualified Lead) scoring, and create feedback loops with the go-to-market team.

Engagement & Discovery Maintain a regular cadence of structured customer interviews, discovery calls, and usability sessions with procurement practitioners across industries.
Translate qualitative pain points into well-specified product requirements with clear acceptance criteria.
Act as the voice of the customer in sprint reviews, prioritization sessions, and roadmap planning, ensuring market reality drives development choices.
Essential Who You
Are 3–5 years of experience in the procurement space, ideally in product/solutions role serving procurement teams
Proven track record building and shipping digital products, ideally in a SaaS or data platform context
Experience owning a subscription-based product, including pricing, packaging, and lifecycle metrics
Hands-on exposure to conversational AI, chatbot UX, or LLM-based products
Exceptional ability to distil complex domain knowledge into easy, elegant user experiences
Strong written and verbal communication, comfortable presenting to C-suite clients and engineering teams alike Desirable Familiarity with procurement intelligence or market data platforms Experience designing or operating a PLG motion alongside an enterprise sales team
Knowledge of supply chain risk, commodity pricing, or indirect spend categories
