About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager who can take end-to-end ownership of products across AaizelTech’s deep-tech portfolio.

The ideal candidate should be able to operate at the intersection of Technology, Business, Engineering, AI/ML, Customer Requirements, and Product Strategy.

You will work closely with AI/ML engineers, software engineers, cybersecurity teams, researchers, domain experts, leadership, and customers to convert complex technical capabilities into scalable, production-ready products.

This is a high-ownership role for someone who can think strategically, understand technology deeply, execute aggressively, and build products for mission-critical environments.

Key Responsibilities

Own the end-to-end product lifecycle from product vision and roadmap to development, deployment, adoption, and continuous improvement.

Define product vision, strategy, roadmap, priorities, milestones, and success metrics.

Translate complex customer, defence, government, and enterprise requirements into clear Product Requirements Documents (PRDs), user stories, acceptance criteria, and technical specifications.

Work closely with engineering and AI/ML teams to understand technical feasibility, architecture, dependencies, constraints, and development timelines.

Collaborate with research teams to convert AI/ML research and prototypes into production-grade products.

Drive product development using Agile/Scrum or other suitable product development methodologies.

Prioritize features based on business value, customer impact, technical feasibility, urgency, and strategic importance.

Develop and maintain product roadmaps aligned with company strategy.

Conduct market research, competitor analysis, customer discovery, and technology landscape analysis.

Work closely with customers and stakeholders to identify pain points, operational requirements, and product opportunities.





Convert customer feedback into actionable product improvements.

Define and track KPIs, product metrics, adoption metrics, performance indicators, and business outcomes.

Coordinate product demonstrations, pilots, Proofs of Concept (PoCs), field trials, and customer evaluations.

Work with engineering teams to ensure products meet requirements for performance, reliability, scalability, security, usability, and deployment readiness.

Coordinate with Business Development and Sales teams for proposals, RFPs, technical presentations, product demonstrations, and customer engagements.

Support leadership in defining product positioning, GTM strategy, pricing considerations, partnerships, and product expansion opportunities.

Identify product risks, dependencies, bottlenecks, and opportunities and drive their resolution.

Ensure strong documentation of product requirements, architecture-level decisions, release plans, feature specifications, and product knowledge.

Drive cross-functional execution and ensure timely delivery of product milestones.

Mentor and guide junior product managers or product team members as the product organization grows.

Technical Expectations The candidate should have strong technical understanding and be comfortable working with engineering and research teams.

System integrations and enterprise platforms The candidate does not necessarily need to be an AI/ML engineer, but must be technically strong enough to understand engineering discussions, challenge assumptions, evaluate trade-offs, and communicate effectively with technical teams.

Key Requirements

5–10 years of experience in Product Management, Technical Product Management, Product Strategy, or a closely related role.

Immediate Joinee

Experience building and managing technology products, preferably in deep-tech, AI/ML, cybersecurity, SaaS, defence-tech, enterprise technology, IoT, or related domains.

Strong understanding of the software/product development lifecycle.

Proven experience working closely with engineering and technical teams.

Strong ability to convert ambiguous problems into structured product requirements.





Experience creating PRDs, product roadmaps, user stories, wireframes/workflows, acceptance criteria, and release plans.

Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

Ability to understand technical architecture and product dependencies.

Robust stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication.

Strong presentation and product demonstration skills.

Ability to interact confidently with senior leadership, enterprise customers, government stakeholders, defence users, engineers, and researchers.

Strong ownership mindset with the ability to independently drive initiatives from idea to execution.

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, highly technical, research-driven environment.

Ability to work effectively with ambiguity and rapidly changing priorities.

Preferred Qualifications

MBA / PGDM from a reputed institution with a strong technical background.

B.Tech / M.Tech in Computer Science, IT, AI/ML, Electronics, Data Science, or related engineering discipline.

Prior experience in DeepTech, DefenceTech, Cybersecurity, AI/ML, ClimateTech, Geospatial Intelligence, or Advanced Sensing.

Experience working with government / defence / enterprise customers.

Experience with RFPs, tenders, pilots, PoCs, technical evaluations, or government procurement processes.

Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Notion, Figma, Productboard, Azure DevOps, or equivalent product/project management platforms.

Understanding of Agile, Scrum, Lean Product Development, or similar methodologies.
