Senior Product Designer

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Product Designer to become the first and only human designer at an AI-first SaaS company serving 100,000+ creators.

You will own the product design function while working with a workforce of AI design agents to create, test, and ship production-ready experiences across web and mobile. This is an opportunity for a highly independent designer who combines strong design judgment with curiosity about technology and AI.

Key Responsibilities

- Own product design from concept and strategy through final implementation.
- Work with AI design agents to generate and evaluate multiple design concepts and component variations.
- Use user and behavioral feedback to continuously test and improve product experiences.
- Build and maintain scalable atomic/component-based design systems.
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers and Engineers to deliver high-quality features on a weekly basis.
- Work hands-on with development tools such as GitHub and Claude Code and contribute directly to product implementation.
- Use data and user feedback to make informed design decisions.
- Ensure consistent, intuitive, accessible, and visually polished user experiences.

Requirements

- 5–10 years of product design experience building and shipping B2C products across web and mobile.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating products used by 50,000+ active users.
- Proven ability to improve key product metrics such as revenue, retention, engagement, or conversion through design.
- Strong experience creating and maintaining component-based or atomic design systems.




- Basic coding knowledge or a strong willingness to learn GitHub and AI development tools.
- Comfortable using data and behavioral feedback to guide design decisions.
- Strong product thinking, visual design skills, UX expertise, and communication abilities.

Nice to Have

- Experience with AI-powered design or coding tools.
- Experience as a first, founding, or sole designer.
- Strong perspective on how AI can improve the product design process.
- Experience working closely with engineering teams in fast-paced product environments.

Ideal Candidate You are an independent, outcome-driven designer who enjoys taking ownership and shipping quickly. You are comfortable working without a large design team and are excited about using AI as a force multiplier.

You should be technically curious, open to working directly with engineers, and focused on creating beautiful products that deliver measurable business and user outcomes.

Location & Work Mode

Location: WeWork Prestige Cube, Koramangala, Bangalore

Work Mode: Full-time, primarily in-office

Employment: Full-time, Permanent

Relocation is possible, but candidates should be able to maintain a reasonable commute to Koramangala.

Pay: ₹4,000,000.00 - ₹5,000,000.00 per year
