Responsibilities

- Identify & develop newsworthy stories with strong editorial judgement

- Take stories from concept - script - shoot - publish

- Anchor/present news stories confidently on camera

- Deliver engaging voice-overs for digital videos

- Create content for YouTube, Reels & Shorts

- Understand trends, formats & Gen-Z audience behaviour

- Handle breaking news with speed and accuracy

- Use audience insights to improve content performance

- Coordinate with reporters, editors, camera & video teams.

What Were Looking For

- 3-4 years of experience in digital news/media/video production

- Strong news sense & editorial judgement

- Excellent Hindi communication & storytelling skills

- Strong anchoring/presentation and voice-over skills

- Camera confidence and engaging screen presence

- Understanding of Gen-Z content, social media & digital trends

- Ability to work in a quick-paced newsroom.
