Role Description The Senior Process Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in Chennai. This role focuses on managing and executing business process tasks, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and adherence to client and organizational standards. Daily responsibilities include handling customer service and support interactions, resolving inquiries, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications
