Role & responsibilities

- Monitor day-to-day project execution and ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings, BOQs, specifications, quality standards and project schedules.

- Plan and monitor project timelines, milestones and critical activities to ensure timely completion.

- Conduct regular site inspections and monitor quality across civil, interior, carpentry, false ceiling, flooring, electrical, plumbing and MEP works.

- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, vendors, architects, designers, consultants and site teams.

- Review drawings, BOQs and technical specifications and coordinate with the design team to resolve site-related issues.

- Verify contractor measurements, RA bills, quantities and variations and assist in project cost control.

- Monitor manpower, materials and resources required for smooth project execution.

- Prepare DPRs, weekly progress reports, project trackers and management reports.

- Lead project review meetings and follow up on pending actions, delays and corrective measures.

- Identify project risks, execution bottlenecks and potential delays and take proactive corrective action.

- Monitor snagging, rectification, completion and handover activities.

Preferred candidate profile

- B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering is mandatory.





- 10-15+ years of overall experience, with at least 5-8 years in PMC, project management or project monitoring roles.

- Strong experience in interior fit-outs, commercial/residential interiors, office projects, renovations, redesigns or turnkey projects.

- Robust knowledge of project planning, scheduling, BOQs, measurements, billing, cost control and quality management.

- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, Primavera P6 and MS Excel.

- Excellent contractor, vendor and stakeholder management skills.

- Strong leadership, negotiation, communication and problem-solving abilities.

- PMP, Primavera, Construction Management or relevant PMC certifications will be preferred.

- Candidate should be capable of independently monitoring multiple projects and driving site teams and contractors towards timely completion.
