The candidate will be responsible for requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, implementation, testing, deployment, and support of Oracle Fusion WMS solutions to optimize warehouse operations and business processes. ________________________________________ Key Responsibilities Functional Responsibilities: Lead Oracle Fusion WMS implementation, enhancement, and support projects.

Conduct workshops with business stakeholders to gather and analyse warehouse management requirements.

Configure and implement Oracle Fusion WMS modules based on business needs.

Design end-to-end warehouse processes including:

Inbound Receiving

Put-away

Inventory Management

Picking and Packing

Shipping Execution

Cycle Counting

Replenishment

Wave Planning

Cross-Docking

Prepare Functional Design Documents (FDD), Business Requirement Documents (BRD), and Solution Design Documents.

Analyse business gaps and recommend standard Oracle functionalities or custom solutions.

Coordinate with technical teams for integrations, reports, extensions, and data migration activities.

Participate in SIT, UAT, Go-Live,



and Hypercare support activities. Consulting & Stakeholder Management Act as a trusted advisor to business users and project stakeholders.

Lead client discussions and provide best-practice recommendations.

Manage project deliverables, timelines, risks, and issue resolution.

Minimum 6+ years of overall Oracle SCM experience with 3–5+ years in Oracle Fusion WMS Cloud.

Experience in at least 2–3 end-to-end Oracle Fusion WMS implementations.
